Here I am at 36 weeks pregnant! At my appointment on Monday, somehow I was measuring small (34 cm when I should have been 36). My doctor didn't seem terribly concerned. He then filled out a form for me to have an ultrasound. I thought this was because I was measuring small, but apparently my clinic typically does 36 week ultrasounds. I kind of think that is neat. So I had my ultrasound this afternoon. Everything checked out great. Fluid levels were good. And baby was actually measuring ahead of schedule. The ultrasound was showing the baby is in the 77th percentile and weights about 6 lbs 11 oz right now. I don't fully believe that, but it's better than being told baby is only 4 lbs or something crazy. I feel good about everything and it's starting to really sink in that in a few weeks the baby will be OUTSIDE of my belly. Oh my goodness, I'm not sure if we are ready for the whirlwind of three...three boys!!
Here is a picture of baby boy. Can you make out the face? If you tilt your head to the right you will see the two eye sockets and the cheek is the big white buldge. And it looks like he has a huge frown on his face. haha.
Sleep is horrible for me right now, which is no fun at all. And I walk around feeling like the baby is just going to fall out at any minute. Which I know is not true. I have another appointment next week and I'll have the group B Strep test and hopefully he'll check to see if I have any progress going on down there. Let's get this party started!
Molly-- so glad the ultrasound went well! 77th percentile, nice. Are you sure you're not just going to the tanning booth instead of these appointments? jk

haha - you got me Katie! Don't report me! You of all people should know how tan I get in the sun. Remember when I got back from our honeymoon? haha. My skin is extra sensitive this summer, and I'm getting freckles like woah on my face. Blah.
