Top 10 of 2010

Happy New Year everyone! I thought I would pick out my top 10 blog posts of 2010. Some of them are my favorite events that happened in 2010 and some of them are just funny things I shared on the blog this year.

This event will be forever engraved in my memory: Gustavus Welcomes Bren Home. I really can't explain how much love was felt in that arena that night. It was a great night for all. Brendan started up classes again at Gustavus this fall. He took two classes and went down there once a week. He's enrolled in two more classes for the spring. Gustavus has been so incredible to him and my family.

Finn's Baptism was just how we imagined it to be. He has two amazing Godparent's and is loved by so many people.

Tom and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at the Twins Game.

I ran my first and probably last Half Marathon in May of 2010. This was a huge accomplishment for me.

I joined a Thursday Night Golf League with my mom and Alissa. We are hoping to get Alissa's mom to join us this year so we can have a fourth player and not get chewed out by crazy golfer ladies this year. ha.

My family celebrated Bren's One Year anniversary of his accident on July 11, 2010. He has come so far and continues to move forward each and every day.

We held the 2nd Annual BLGC  in August this year and it was a huge success. It's always so amazing seeing so many people come together to support my brother.

We bought a New Car!!! It's already hard for me to ride in Tom's car because I feel so low to the ground.  I will also stick to all wheel drive cars/SUVs while living in MN.

This Hilarious YouTube is one of my favorite youtube videos ever discovered. You can't help but laugh at this lunatic.

And even though the Blizzard of 2010 fell on Jack's birthday party - it was still pretty incredible to see all of that snow fall and to have a fun story to share in the future with Jack.

I purposely avoided the kids "milestones", like Finn rolling over, crawling, walking, Jack potty trained, birthdays, etc. I'm sure I've skimmed past a few other of my favorite entries, but that's OK. It's fun to look back and see what this past year had in store for me an my family. I look forward to seeing what 2011 brings us.
